Vacation Day 2. May 25, 2013.

Turns out it was dead

My second day in Sihanoukville was all that a day away (in my opinion) should be.

A leisurely sleep in followed by a breakfast buffet, a quick walk through town to pick up bagels from Bad Panda, a few hours of work completed sipping English Breakfast tea one after another, a salty romp in the ocean followed by fresh coconut water and a “gondola” trip up to Chez Claude where I feasted on pork chops and enjoyed a starry sky-something I dearly miss in the smog of the city.

Immensely wonderful conversation ensued and an overall sense of well-being, a refreshed psyche and a strong sense of peace will follow me back into Phnom Penh tomorrow.
